We had received an email from the customer stating that he had in fact received a damaged capsule along with his coinUnfortunately, capsules holding the coin can be damaged from time to time, this in no way affected the coin, as the coin itself was not damagedWe had advised the customer on May [redacted] 2015, that we would replace the capsule and in fact did mail a replacement a few days laterOnce we had received this notice, on July [redacted] that the customer still had not received the capsule we immediately reshipped another replacement capsule to the customerThis replacement has shipped via [redacted] and should be received within days

Review: On May **, 2015, I purchased a silver coin, (2011-P U.S. Army Commemorative 1 Dollar Silver Proof Coin). I received the coin May **, 2015, and when I opened the shipping package and removed the Mint Box inside, the plastic capsule the coin was in was cracked. The shipping package was not damaged in any way; it was obvious this capsule was cracked before it left The Patriotic Mint. I called the '800' number and did not get an answer. So on May **, 2015, I sent them an email explaining the problem. The very next day, May **, 2015, at 8:31 a.m., I received a reply to my email and it read: "Thank you for contacting The Patriotic Mint regarding your recent order. We're sorry to hear that the coin capsule received was broken and you are not completely satisfied with your order. If you'd like we can send you a new capsule for your coin." On the same day, May **, 2015, at 9:33 a.m. I replied back to them saying, "Thank you for offering a new capsule to replace the cracked one. Please send us a new capsule." Today, June **, 2015, I'm still waiting for a new coin capsule, or word from The Patriotic Mint concerning this problem.Desired Settlement: I would like The Patriotic Mint to replace the cracked coin capsule I received with the 2011-P U.S. Army Commemorative 1 Dollar Silver Proof Coin I ordered May **, 2015. This is unacceptable quality assurance for a valuable coin like this Silver Proof. Thank you, Revdex.com

Thank you, Revdex.com, for the extension I requested due to an unexpected death of a loved one.My wife and I returned home today, 07-**-2015, and picked up our mail on hold at the post office.In the mail was a package from "The Patriotic Mint".I can not believe the condition of the coin capsule they sent me; it too is scratched up.As far as I'm concerned at this point, I'm VERY disappointed with this business and refuse to do any further business or correspondence with them.Its going to cost me, but I will purchase a new capsule for the coin they sold me in a damaged coin capsule.Very Dissatisfied Customer.Thank you, Revdex.com
