Response:On Monday November 24,2014. A lady came with her dress alter. It was her first time visit my store and I did my best to her. She asked me to do her dress take-in (which make tighter) and told me that she really need the dress by Wednesday. Even though we usually take 1-2 weeks to do the alteration. And she also asked me discount on the price. The dress take-in is usually more than $70, but I gave her $65. And since she asked me more, I gave her $30, even though it is special (rush) service, which we supposed not give both rush service and discount together (specially during holiday season), and told her that make sure come by 5PM since we close early for day before Thanksgiving. On Wednesday(11/26) at 5PM, I remembered that she will pick her dress up and I knew she said she really need her dress. So I waited her 30 more minutes and waiting for her, even though we had plan after store close. But she did not show up. Few weeks later, she came to my store and complained about the dress. She was yelling at me and told me that she will call police. And she went outside and called police in her car. When police came to her car, she explained to the police, then police came into my store by himself. He was just laugh about this problem ,since it is not a serious problem that police have to interfere, and asked me to show the receipt and he leave the store. Once I got this letter from Revdex.com and customer, it was really embarrassed since it never happened in my 10 year business. She ruined the image of my store and myself. Be honest, people around me suggested to sue customer for libel. But since she was my customer, I decided not to make this problem worse but make correction of the wrong information that she given. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------...
