Hi, [redacted] Paula Deen Food "recalled" my order delivery so my daughter never received her dishesThis happened after I filed the complaint with the Revdex.comI thought you should know that now; not only does the Paula Deen company have possession of my purchase, but they also kept the $and change that I paid for my purchaseSo I sent this email to Paula Deen Foodcom on FridayI am inserting the text into this email to youPlease read it entirely because it fully explains how her company recalled my delivery from [redacted] prematurelyPlease help me with this matterAt this point, I just want my money refunded to me.Sincerely, [redacted] @***.com"Paula Deen Food,Originally I ordered two different purchases of merchandise from your online storeApron, towel set, and honey This was delivered to my daughter's apartment in [redacted] ***She did not have to be there for the deliverySo, since my daughter works long hours and lives alone, this method of delivery worked very wellSpring Dish set The delivery address online form filled in [redacted] , **, in a default modeEven though I had deleted that default address and had typed in my daughter's [redacted] address; there was a delay in shipping.In my online account with your company, my default shipping address is my daughter's [redacted] addressTHE PROBLEM arose with how you changed the method of delivery with ***The first delivery attempt failed because my daughter was not at her apartment at 2:51pm to receive the shipment(The other package had not required my daughter to be home.) The next day's delivery failed as well due to the fact that my daughter was at work in the early afternoon when [redacted] arrivedWhile the delivery truck was riding around making that second attempt of delivery; I was on the phone with [redacted] Customer Service making arrangements for my daughter's package to be held at a [redacted] facility only two blocks away from her apartmentThe [redacted] location would be open until a late hour, thus allowing my daughter to come by after work and pick up her package while on her way homeThe [redacted] Customer Service representative assured me over the phone that my daughter's package would be waiting for her on Friday, 6-26-15, and would be held there for up to days allowing my daughter a convenient and safe way to receive the delivery of her birthday giftSo, imagine my dismay when I was on the computer checking the tracking number to make sure my daughter finally received her [redacted] package only to discover "the Shipper had recalled the package"According to the [redacted] tracking page online, the box was currently "in transit" to [redacted] , [redacted] ! I paid for day [redacted] shipping when I ordered the dish set, so that meant that the shipping was an agreement between me and [redacted] after my transaction cleared my bank accountI want a full refund of my purchase of the dish set including the shipping and handling costI have never been so disappointed in a purchase in my life!You had no right to "recall" the shipment after I had worked out solution to the "must be home to receive/sign for shipment delivery" situation that did not work on the two attempts to deliver [redacted] has a policy of "three delivery attempts" before returning a shipment [redacted] had tried only twice [redacted] and I had come up with a workable solution in order that my daughter could receive her package.I paid for the [redacted] shippingTherefore, my purchased delivery agreement belonged to me since I paid for itPaula Deen Foods jumped the gun by recalling the shipment before the 3rd [redacted] Delivery attempt which was for the recipient to pick up the package at a [redacted] facility near her apartment.At this point, after all the delay and trouble with your company;please refund my money."

Revdex.com spoke to Anthony today. The company went above and beyond to figure this out. In the end, the consumer received a refund and the delivery of the product also took place.
