We have been in business since We have had more than guests and fewer than complaints Our business is not 'for sale.' We are a family business who always strives to do our best Our level of service is reflected by our longevity and outstanding overall reputation We appreciate the service that Revdex.com provides to customers who are dissatisfied However we will no longer respond to this woman's hostility or her bitter, inappropriate, and misplaced accusations of 'lying.'

The bases for this complaint are entirely unfounded "There is no obstacle/agility course, no seesaw, no activities for dogs or anything they indicated by the owners." This is completely false Hundreds of photos, magazine articles, newspaper articles, and news programs present our dog park and our dog-centric services as a feature of our business When this guest arrived, all of the course was exactly as it appears in virtually all forms of media "The "dog park" was a circle of chicken wire in a hot field of overgrown grass!" In the summer our field is hot and we have maintained a beautiful apple tree to provide shade (and a tasty snack.) Additionally, there is a water source for fresh water and a little pool to cool the doggies down Our grounds are manicured and the fence is a 5' garden fence that was built for form and function Most people would agree that the park is beautiful and appreciate how the park was meticulously designed to blend into a country landscape "There was no breakfast available; the cook was on vacation!" This is ridiculous In more than years in business, we have never failed to serve breakfast to our guests We even served breakfast the morning after our son was born Furthermore, this guest did not even stay long enough to make this ridiculous and antagonistic claim "After deciding this was not at all what I was looking for and didn't want to stay, didn't enter our "room." This is completely untrue This woman was given a key, was checked into her room and never even gave us the courtesy of letting us know that she was leaving! The Paw House has been in business since and has consistently maintained a very high level of service The accusation that we are "bleeding liars" says more about this guest than it does about the quality of our services

I toldHim exactly what I was looking for, he indicated this was the place. Additionally, it is totally misrepresented on you tube.The owner is questioning my character? Firstly, I immediately indicated this is not what I was looking for - to kennel my dog.I have always dreamed of spending a weekend - focus totally on him as he is a senior dog we rescued from a shelter (I did foster care for dogs).Do dog things as he is the best dog.First lie. Secondly, he indicated he would wait and not charge my card, however, if he could not rent the room then he would "have to charge me."I wasn't 10 minutes down the road and called my credit card company - too late - he charged me immediately.Second lie. Thirdly, my husband emailed him to see if we could work something out which would be reasonable. He replied I'll get back to you and never did.Third lie.I called my credit card company again to file a dispute and they indicated in their response they do not deal with reservation issues; that was not the issue. My dispute was regarding misrepresentation, however my credit card company suggested they would set up a conference call. I held on the line and the owner indicated he was busy at the moment but the credit card suggested we set an appointed time. He agreed to a date and time. However, while the credit card co had me on the line at the appointed time for the conference call which - he agreed to - he did not answer the phone. The credit card called him again to see if we could work something out - set up another conference call - he then indicated he was not willing to try to work anything out.Fourth lie.I believe the establishment is for sale and it might have been what they claim in past years, but I feel he might be just letting things go.Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to hearing you soon. I did see that online, however, that is not the issue.I am sorry if the business owner is offended by the term "liar." Untruthful; a non-keeper of promises? Is that gentler? However, it all "reduces" to the same thing.Aside from the above, this "business owner" - you would think, to be fair- would "at a minimum" attempt to work with a dissatisfied customer; this man is neither fair nor honest I appreciate your attention to this matter, and look forward to hearing from you as soon as it is convenient.Sincerely, *** ***

We have been in business since 2001.  We have had more than 15000 guests and fewer than 15 complaints.  Our business is not 'for sale.'  We are a family business who always strives to do our best.  Our level of service is reflected by our longevity and outstanding overall reputation.  We appreciate the service that Revdex.com provides to customers who are dissatisfied.  However we will no longer respond to this woman's hostility or her bitter, inappropriate, and misplaced accusations of 'lying.'
