Review: We came in to sell a truck, we went to [redacted] and was looking to bet their offer. Pearson did by a little, but we went with them because they said we would have check in hand on next normal business day. We were there Saturday , so GM, out of state rep said it would be Monday. That's what we needed, we are closing on a new home and needed extra cash and to remove extra payment each month. This was extreamly clear to them, over and over we stated this. Got into the finance managers office and right off the bat we went from a happy fun environment to almost rude and we were wasting his time. He said the best he could do was Tuesday morning, we agreed and asked him to sign off on the NEW DATE OF TUESDAY the. 12th. He did and wrote " check by 5/12/15 (his name, I removed it here) and the name is followed by his title of Financial manager . We called Monday and spoke to him, asked to check progress and he was short and said he would call with up date, he was on phone with me for seconds and said he would call when done. Hung up. Tuesday I called and asked when I could pick up check, same person said it wasn't done. I asked him to call or email department to inform them its for a closing on a house, said that didn't matter. He said I would here from him within a few hours before close of business. Now, it's Wednesday and nothing. My first every Revdex.com post, if you promise something then do it. This is a one time thing for us, what would it be like if we got a car there with a 5 year loan or need service, that the place that seems to keep their word and look after you. Maybe it's only the sale that matters .Desired Settlement: Just want the check that's owed us.

Good afternoon,I am responding in response to case number [redacted] and a customer of [redacted].The desired settlement was a check for the difference in what he owed on his truck that he sold us in the amount of $4,030. The problem occurred with a lack of communication between a member of my staff and our accounting office. When it was brought to my attention we quickly resolved the problem on Tuesday May 11th, and had the check prepared for Mr. [redacted]. However this was late in the day Tuesday so I believe he was not able to get his check untilWednesday. On behalf of Pearson Mazda I would like to apologize for that delay. First time buying from Pearson. Bought a small used car. I was very surprised how well we were treated. I felt as if they treated us, a used car buyer, as if we were buying a new car.
The salesman Justin A[redacted] was great to work with. He considered all our questions and concerns. He made sure all the conditions of sale we discussed were completed.
Next time we are in the market for a car we will check first with Justin and the Pearson group.
