The dentist lied to me and said I was covered for a service by insurance. I found out a month later I was not covered for that service and recieved a bill in the mail that I now want to be voided. Before the visit I had specifically asked only to have a cleaning done but they told me I was covered by an oral exam, which I was not covered by and asked not to have done if I was not covered.
This time we will adjust off as a courtesy to the patient.
