We will finish the job on Wednesday 3/8/Client has agreed to the schedule.on 3/8/am the job and warranty was completed

It is customary to send someone to inspect pool when there is a warranty issueWe sent our plumber who plumbed the pool because he warranties his workHe found the pool equipment ( Pentair) had a visible leak and we do not touch the manufacturers equipment because they have a warranty station that provides that service to the client for yearsThe warranty station repaired the product.Mr [redacted] said that the pool was still leaking. The plumber went back and pressured tested all of the pool lines except for the main drain that is located in the deep end of the pool due to the winter and water temps being so lowThe lines held pressure and we instructed the owners to let the water drain to pinpoint where the leak maybeThe leak could be in the tile line, light, main drain and any returns that had a hallow space where there might be missing pebble interior. At all times Mr and Mrs [redacted] are giving us different water loss levelsWe had our pebble contractor come out and check the pool and found the bubbler in the tanning ledge had some very small missing pin size holes so he epoxied the area around the bubbler. They continued to say they were losing waterI sent a leak expert and he dye tested the complete pool except for the main drain as it was still cold water to go diving in the pool and found no leaks water so ever.Mr [redacted] is complaining about small hairlines cracks in his deck that are not warranted in his contract. We have scheduled many contractors who have worked on his pool and guarantee their workThere is no need for Lone Star Pools to hire a leak detection company come out since the plumber did the same thing a leak detection company would doWe believe initially the pool had leaks, one at the pool equipment and the one at the bubblerIf in fact there is still a leak, it is so minor for even a sonar leak detection company to find

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The response from the owner is the very reason we have had to file this complaint It will not be closed until the work is finished Regards, [redacted]

We apologize for the delay but I was unaware that the deck crew was taking off the week before Christmas and was returning back to work after ChristmasThey have since started the warranty on the deck , as of last week and are waiting for the stain to arrive to complete the warranty

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: We still have a leakWe have to add water every other day in order to keep the pool level in the correct spotLonestar pools has not fixed the issue that is over months oldI have set aside time, waited for no shows, let the pool drain several times, and I have done everything requested of meI want proof there is no longer a leakSending over plumbers and random handymen is not proof there is no leakWhat is certain is the main drain has never been tested, the pool light has never been tested, *** nor any of her direct employees have come by and the pool level continues to dropWhen a contractor has issues with their work it should not be the home owners responsibility to meet repair people, monitor water levels, and be at the beacon callWe hired Lonestar pools as the contractor and I should not be responsible for managing her subsFix the leak or have an expert assure me there no longer is a leakIf I get my car repaired, it's done by a mechanic not random peopleThe only thing certain is her plumber tested several lines and the pipes hold pressureI trust the plumbers bc that is their jobThe other people that were sent out were guessing and some of the repairs stuck, but the leak is still evident

Complaint:

I am rejecting this response because: The company has had since August to order the correct color for the deck The comment regarding "not knowing the deck crew was taking off a week" is a bit unprofessional Also we were on vacation when the company began the work on the deck and entered into my backyard without an appointment or a call to schedule the work This is unacceptable business practice The owner has continued to be unresponsive with giving a firm date and scheduling the job We are now in a holding pattern again waiting for them to actually do what they committed to do This issue will not be considered closed until the deck is finished in a timely manner

The pool/spa and cabana has been completed and paid for in full by their lender. The lender requires the homeowners signatures and a third party inspection for completion and payment so if this client continues their defamation, they will find themselves in a lawsuit.I instructed the client who to...

call for warranty. She has since done so with proof. She did warranty from the plumber for the cabana toilet leak, replacement door for the mini refrigerator from  BBQ Outfitters. If she has issues with her deck jets she can call Pentair who is the manufacturer. The pile of debris was not of the excavation spoils, it is from the deck placement , where the deck contractor scrapped the yard. At the time of the final clean up, we were in between rains and we couldn't move the wet/ muddy dirt. Since then, she was given a $500 check from the lender for the extras that she received from Lone Star that was not included in the contract. The cleanup guy, Alejandro, will not return since during the completion of the project she asked him to leave the site and not return to her home. He was there cleaning up and getting his tools. He was so upset due to her aggression and called the office because no one, especially a woman, has asked him to leave a property and wouldn't let him get his left over supplies, that they wanted to keep. So after much consideration, she can keep the $500 and hire someone to remove the small pile as I would have paid$150 a day for labor plus the dump fee.I am happy to provide the payment schedules from the Prime Lending proving the job is complete.

We will finish the job on Wednesday 3/8/17 Client has agreed to the schedule.on 3/8/17 am the job and warranty was completed

I am not responsible when our contractors take time off for illness, family emergencies or holidays and vacations. This is what was told to me and I only relayed the message. It really matters not if you were on vacation, you requested warranty and they came out and started. The color is bought when needed/used because we do not have storage for such items. We do not have to make an appointment to do warranty as the end result is fixing your deck, especially since you chose to file a complaint days before Christmas. We are in the process of warranty so seems like this is a moot point .Have a wonderful day!!
