Review: Basically. There is no witting tutors in the witting lab

after 4:00 p.m. I had to do an

independent study for RHS 291 under the advisement if David B[redacted]. It was 1

credit. I submitted the paper three times and it was rejected. I did not even

get a C for submission but an F. Dr B[redacted] dud not like my writing style nor

give me any stryctyre study guide outline to write theindeoendent study under

his standards. I attempted to rewrite it three times and as stated earlier it

was rejected without anyneritifcompletung the paper. This has pulled my grade

pint average down quite substantially. I went to the witting lab director and

filed a complaint. She tilde she would get back to me but thenwent it if FMLA

for maternity. I went yo her coworker and ecplainef her circumstance. I write

and called the direvtirs supetvidorbut got no relief or response. I also went

to the academic deanand emailed him no resoibse either. I beluve I need a c fir

satisfacotiry completion and submisdionof my independent study army $3000.00

backfor the charge and payment ofthis study I got so poorly graded for.Need a $3000.00 refund or a C grade for satisfactory

submisdionof an independent study of RHS 291 to maintain my 3.72 GPA.TranslateBasically. University Park uses a homework application called Noodle which is obsolete and incripted. No student can down laid data, information or submit homework thrust this IT method. All of my homework assignment I tried to submit the Moodle was rejected . I had to get IT department to snap shot all my completed assignments and send thrust the professor PS3 web mail. The professors did not have regular office hours. Did not stick to the classroom schedule from 6:00 p.m.to 9:00 pm.When I told them I could not success noodle at Penn State Perks they got condinsending. I told them I have a learning disability and only abproficient web provider such ad Angel can I independently access. They went to the department chair supposively. I did all my assignments on time the the PSU web mail because they would not allow me to use Angel for homework assignments. The prifesdir would not speak yo me after vlasd because they noth left early for a long commute and would not speak to me on the phone as they initially schedule. The University Park uses noodle so the Pa State Department if Education can do soy water on all students homework and pay PSU spying grant petites. In the eyes of these professor and the Department chair of WIDE. I was a difficult student and given 2 D in both classes in Luis of punishment because because I could not access this obsolete IT homework program. The department of chair may have consulted these proffers of my necessary disapline which kick me out of the WIDE program which I needed to sustain a 3.0. Before this problem I held a 3.96. After my disapline of being granted 2 D in both classes I held a 2.72. Leaving me not to obtain my 3.0 status and earn my title 1 and title 2 teaching certificates. To resolve this and satisfy my complaint I should be granted a C in both classes WIDE 413 and WIDE 441 to satisfy me GPA . Also reimbursement of these cladsrd should be granted a total if 9000.00 because of all the unethical business practices I have experienced.Financially damagingDesired Settlement: I never reimburse for two classes classes WIDE 413 and W.F.D.E 441 I never got a passing grade of C or above or all the work I complete. I was charged $ 98oo.too for the semester.
