The Penny Loafers

Review: I ordered the download version of their music album from their website. It states on the website that after payment, an email will be sent with the directions for downloading. I have received no such email in neither my main inbox or spam file. However, I was promptly charged via [redacted]and received email about this moments after I made the transaction. I have emailed the company 3 times and have gotten no response from them.Desired Settlement: I request my money back or the album that I was attempting to purchase in the first place. I feel some compensation for my troubles is in order as well. Getting the album in cd form without being charged shipping, rather than download form, would be appropriate and suffice.

At this time, I was contacted with an apology however, they have not resolved the problem of lack of product delivery. I have tried to respond to them and they have failed to respond once again. I have not been contacted by The Penny Loafers regarding complaint ID [redacted].
