Review: we paid for a classified ad to appear in the pennysaver on June 20 for our tag sale on June 22/23. We usually receive a copy of this publication in the US mail on Thur or Fri (June 19/20) We also advertised in the [redacted]. We checked with shoppers who came to us and everyone indicated they came based on the ad in the [redacted].No one mentioned the Pennysaver. On Monday, we checked with our neighbors on [redacted] drive and some of the large apt buildings in town, and no one received a pennysaver for the issue in question. On Wednesday I spoke to the supervisor of the [redacted]. who told me the PO had not received pennysavers to give to mail carriers in [redacted]. It is too late now to argue about potential lost sales but at the very least, I expect a full refund of the cost of the ad which was never distributed in the [redacted] area where we live.....Desired Settlement: refund of the amount paid for the classified ad in question for the "[redacted]"
