 I never received any paperwork,as the Pente Group is saying. I was left a voicemail on 1/20/217 form the Pente Group saying I was not going to be receiving any paperwork and that they were denying my process to receive paperwork. So I am confused at this time what this Affidavit of Service is dated 1/16/2017.  Pente Group says I filled out the paperwork wrong, but I dont understand what I filled out wrong cause I went to the [redacted] Courthouse and the lady at the self help counter, helped me fill out the paperwork. I never knew until I filled this claim with Revdex.com that my paperwork was filled out wrong. I am terribly sorry that I filled out the paperwork wrong, but Pente could of contacted me and let me know and I would have filled out the paperwork again.  Sincerely,
