Hi I am writing in response to a complaint made by customer *** ***I am currently in contact with the customer trying to resolve her issuesI spoke to her last on 03-24-From our last conversation she is supposed to get in contact with the vet so we can all get on the same page
I spoke to *** and I also spoke to the vet and they both were saying something differentThis is her second dog from us so I would love to help herJust as long as this is an issue that stemmed from us.Thank you, *** ***

Hope all is wellI'm not sure if this is the right complaint number for *** ***I would like to respond to his complaintThe puppy was actually purchased under his wife's name which is *** ***Either way we did provide *** with a full refund for the purchase price of his
puppy and he did keep the puppyInitially I was also willing to go further and absorb a portion of his vet bill before everything went downhill*** put in for a chargeback through his credit card companyWhich I'm still in the process of retrieving the fundsHe also put in a Complaint with Revdex.com He said "he was trying to light a fire under me since he didn't hear from me for two days after our initial talk." I tried to explain to him those were my days off but in our initial conversation I offered him a full refund plus a portion of his vet billI never indicated to him I wasn't going to refund himI told him he was actually just slowing the process downI asked *** to please retract his complaint and cancel the chargeback so I could proceed with his refund and the extra money I had promised him*** got mad and said "You're trying to *** **How about I come down there and you can tell me to my face that you're trying to *** **" I tried to explain to him I wasn't trying to give him a hard timeHe was just creating more work for me and he was actually slowing down his own refundThe reason being is I can't refund someone when their credit card company has the funds on holdI never gave *** any indication I wasn't willing to helpIf anything I sympathize with him and told him I was willing to go above and beyond the Rhode Island state law*** was actually a nice guy until our last conversation and it was unfortunate that we couldn't come to an agreementEither way I sent him a full refund for the purchase price of the puppy while the our funds are still on holdI have proof of everything that I did if neededWe stand by our puppies through everythingWe understand they're living animals and sometimes things don't go smoothly but we are always there to help!!Thanks *** for your help and if you need me for anything else please contact me. We have been working on this situation with the breeder, We know the chocolate labs had no registrations and *** should of been aware of that at time of sale unfortunately I believe our new employee at the time did not make her aware of thisSome breeders don't give paperwork because they don't
want their dogs being bredWe are in processs of getting this straightened out with *** to her satisfactionOur apologies to *** Sincerely *** ***

Once again Mr. [redacted] is not being truthful. It was Mr. [redacted] who instructed me to call him and when. He did not return calls because he didn't care.  He and I reached an agreement for $2300 to cover a small portion of a huge, unexpected vet bill. When he decided not to call me back is when I placed a stop payment on the credit card. It's the PERFECT PUPPY who went back on its word. Please folks DO NOT BUY YOUR DOG from these people. It's just a business. They could care less about your pet. Of course he wanted me to remove my complaint from the Revdex.com. I'm glad I didn't. I'll take the financial hit knowing that I got the word out about this horrible place and horrific customer service. Did he really expect me to bring a sick dog to someone's house? When your dog is near death you bring it to the hospital. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

We have had a meeting with Miss [redacted] and issues were resolved. I have also reached out to the breeder and will be recieving a 3  generation pedergree for her puppy which is basically a family tree. Breeder is also sending us the puppy registration for Miss [redacted]. We should have paperwork by...

I did not receive a full refund like I had initially wanted but was branded 3 quarters of what I paid so I accepted that but it was truly a hassle dealing with this company and the owner [redacted] is just a scheming untrustworthy business owner but I was able to come to an agreement with the other owner [redacted]. I would not recumbent anyone buy a dog from this place it is a headache.
