Review: Groomer [redacted] 20 minutes late; Requested groom his hair, trim nails and clean around his eyes and hygienic areas. Informed he does not like to be muzzled or caged; he said they do not that. We agreed on service and pick up time, I returned 1.5 hs later. Dog was behind the register counter with the groomer & his dog. Dog was hiding under the furniture, scared and shaking. Asked why his hair was not finished being cut straight & properly around his face, ears & pads like I had asked in the beginning. [redacted] asked that I come back after my dog calms down because he was getting upset as it was his first time with him. At first I said ok, I was upset and disappointed but paid and said will return in two to finish as he left a lot undone, I was not happy. Dogs nails werent finished, 4 left un-trimmed. Hair looked butchered, he was a mess. Went back inside business, asked the groomer to finish, I didnt have time to wait & I want him to do what I paid him for. He took defense with me in his manner, came out from behind the counter & asked me to show him what I thought was not finished. I asked him if he was kidding. He said ok I can try but your dog is very aggressive & I asked you to come back when he calms down. [redacted] proceeded to try to cut his nails while my husband was holding him. It was awful.[redacted] took a step back, his attitude shifted more negatively, said if you want me to do this now you are going to have to sign a release because I am not going to be responsible for your dog if he gets cut. He was aggressive with me and I will not be responsible for him.My husband asked [redacted] to shut up because he went behind the counter loudly talking over us and at the same time drafting in handwriting a blank piece of paper some kind of release form with the music blaring. Told him this is ridiculous, just give me my money back and lets be over this. [redacted] said we needed to leave, he called the police to have us removed from the premises. I told him to go ahead, I called the police, filed a complaint, officer handed me a phone number, it had the groomers name and cell phone not his bosss number, advised me to file complaint with Revdex.com.When we got home we found 4 bloody cuts on his stomach where the groomer cut him with scissors. We cleaned the wounds and applied antibiotic ointment for two weeks.Desired Settlement: I would like a complete refund of my money, a public apology in writing from the owner of the business and proof of the official grooming certificate that this person [redacted] should have if in fact he is a licensed groomer. If he is not I will take further action.

Response:

Revdex.com & [redacted],

Review: [redacted], [redacted], sold us a "puppy" which he states was 5 months old with no problems. (Sunday 9/**/13 around 4pm). We were going to get the "puppy" groomed on way back home, but all stores were closed for that service.

We brought the "puppy" to Petco the next day (today, Monday 9/**/13) to get it groomed and a professional animal expert told us that the "puppy" was in fact already over 1 year old (due to it having it's adult teeth already) and had recently had a [redacted] operation.

We had called him to complain but his associates stated that he was not in store. When we were able to get him on the phone, [redacted] acted like he didn't know what was going on.Desired Settlement: We want at least $250 back, in order to pay for any future unknown health concerns with the dog, plus to be able to keep and give him a good home. [redacted] had us pay $300 cash for the "puppy". We want a sincere apology as well and his word that he won't trick others.

Response:

At this time, I have been contacted directly by The Perfect Puppy of Greenvale regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because

The [redacted] still denies the whole thing, and doesn't want to admit that he had lied to us about the age and the condition of the dog he had sold to us.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Sincerely,
