Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I had reached out multiple times to receive refund payment with no responseI had to dispute the claims twice with American Express, which in turn she had the opportunity to provide a refund via American Express but stated that the amount was owed to themNow based off of this response they feel that they should keep my money for services not provided as I simply addressed the situation on her Facebook page? This is not how a business should be runIf you identify with a customer that you will refund a payment you should follow throughIn addition, the below email will now go to American Express for their records as they have stated that the charge is accurateUpon pick up, the vendor stated they would provide a refund by Sunday which is well over a month agoIt does not take this long to refund the moneyThe vendor has replied to American Express stating that I am not owed a refund but now states that it is owed and they need time? I would like my money refundedI will continue to complain and reach out to every person available until this is refundedIf I have to go to civil courts and file a judgment as I am willing to take this all the way Regards, [redacted]

I just said that I would refund the money

*** was dropped off for training on sunday march 22nd for a week training courseWhen we got *** he would not reapond to anything and as any one who knows dogs you can not truly house train a dog until he knows some of the simple commandsI have attached some the corresponding text between
me and Ms*** and you can see in the text I told her when we would turn him free he was even peeing and pooping on my furniture and on my kitchen table. I have been training huskies for yearsYou can not properly house train a husky that has no manners what so ever so we had addressed some of the issues that he had, and started on some of the house training, and you can see in the text we had told her thisThe day that she said she wanted to come get him, I did tell her that he was not ready to be picked up yetShe said she didnt care and come got him anywayThe dog was bathed before she came and we did find ticks on him, If he would have had the proper flea and tick preventive done for a husky before he got here he would not had a tick problem, but if they would have told me he had not had the proper flea and tick preventive before he got here then I could have gave it to himAfter ms*** left with *** yesterday her husband called and Cussed me out over the phone and called every name in the book.I tried to be calm, and explain what all we have done and he would not listenI took care the dog for weeks and trained him to the best of his compatibility that was allowed in the time frame that I had I will not refund this money for the time that I endured during this week process in training this unruly dog, plus the harassment that I have enduredFor weeks we have housed him feed him and boarded him and also done some training when he got here he was pulling her down on leash at least now you can put a leash on him without him knocking you downOur week training program of $is based on hours of training, I have got 1/hours of training time logged in on ***I did not charge them for the additional hours that I worked with him, and I will that he needs a additional 15-hours of training just on mannersI also have some more attachement I will send to your email address, this would only let me upload

She bought a puppy from us back in MarchI hired a shipper in the amount of $to deiver the pupThe First Lady that was suppose to pick up the puppy had a family emergency and was not able to come get the puppyThe second person I go to deiver the pup was going to be days before they could
pick it upI agreed payed the shipper to do the delivery Then she said she did not want to wait that Long I had done paid for the shippingShe said I feel like I am getting scammed I said you are not the options we have is wait the days or come here and get the puppySo she sent her dad that weekend to get her puppyI had done paid the shipper which is non refundableI told her since I was out the $for the shipping it would be a while before I could refund the money she went all over the Internet and slandered my name she was causing problem to the point I had to block her on my website and facebookI was out the $non refundable shipping cost plus all the slander of my name I have been nice and did tell her I would refund her even though on my website and everywhere it says that all cosy is non refundableThen she went and slandered my nameIf you at Revdex.com sees fit that I refund her I will but I do not feel like I need to

I am rejecting this response because:The Perfect Puppy is not taking any accountability for anything. If they would have TRIED to house train my dog (my #1 priority that I told them repeatedly) and after 3 weeks he still wasn't trained, I would understand. They admit though they never tried and never informed me they were not doing so. It wasn't until the end of the 3 weeks they informed me when they wanted him to stay an additional week for more money. Prior to agreeing to take my dog there, they informed me there was an agreement. I gave them my address but never received it. I called and informed them I did not receive agreement the Friday before I was supposed to take him there and was told they weren't sending it - that I could just sign it once I got there. That they just needed info about my dog. They asked that I bring his health records to ensure he was current on all shots which I did. Never did they mention their yard was full of tics and to treat him for that before arriving. I have 3 dogs and a large yard. Not one has had a tic on them ever so there was no need to treat him. Gross neglect is the heart of my complaint. Gross neglect of the service provided - not even starting to train him throughout the 3 weeks he was there, gross neglect and dishonesty of not informing me of the info above, gross neglect and dishonesty in thing me he would be kept indoors as well. I will attach a picture of the crate I provided which was brand new when I took it to The Perfect Puppy. Unless the interior if their house has mud and dirt caked everywhere, my indoor dog was kept outside.  Of course, there is the gross neglect of allowing him to suffer with 30+ tics on him as well. Bottom line, The Perfect Puppy does not refute my claims. They simply make excuses.
