The Perfect Tan

Review: Last fall I purchased some prepaid minutes at their tanning salon. Recently went to the business and they have shut down. No forwarding address. Their phone number now belongs to a individual having no knowledge of that business. I am not sure how much money I have invested since it was the fall when I purchased them. But am very upset that they did not indicate a move.Desired Settlement: Money back or use minutes at a new location, if they have moved.
