This is an example about time policy The time is pretext to not fulfilling its obligationAny bussiness or store in US always seeks the satisfaction of its customers and even more when they know that the customer is rightHonestly I was not worry when I went to the store because I trusted in the good judgement of the storeBut now I notice that is not a realiable place to shopI demand my money back, it is fair I hope you have honesty and commitment with the customers Sincerely [redacted] ***

Dear [redacted] ***Thanks for giving times to response back, in regards to this complaint id # [redacted] .I spoke to the sales person who handle the sale with the customer on that day and as I stated earlier that the policy of the store is ( if a customer buy less the 6pcs in total, he/she will have to pay price of the item plus 10% and plus taxThe policy is pasted and there are signs all over the store showcases and even next to cash registers.The customer when paying also stated that he bought same perfume in [redacted] and paid double the prices for just ONE and that's way he is buying Two this time for the price of one what he paid earlier.I still remember when he came after couple of days and expressed why he paid 10% more and the sale person showed him the signs and explained him and he said ok and left by saying he will still complaint.Please let us know what to next and if you want we can even send you the pictures of the sign posted Thanks***

Dear Ms [redacted] First I want to say sorry for a bit late reply as we were busy due to Mother`s day and second like to thank you for giving us a chance to put are side of storyI remember this incidence as when Ms [redacted] came to store that evening and we were busy but [redacted] our salesperson went to her asked her the reason and listened what she has to say and after listening to her complaint about the perfume, he then called me over as I was working with other customer at that timeWhen I came and was explained the problem what she had discussed with the salesperson ***My first reaction after looking at the receipt was Oh its almost a month and her response I WAS ON VACATION and after I came back from vacation am too busy so couldn`t came earlierFirst she never came to store on 3/30/but she came on 4/13/I tried to help her personally after listening to her I opened almost more perfumes cello of same Very sexy men to show that its no problem, all more same perfumes bottles cello we opened and bottles were totally fullI have attached one picture of Very Sexy men for our ref: alsoI even told her that its a month old and maybe the person you gave might have used it as we never had problem like EVER and proofed it by showing and opening more bottles of same perfumeBut she never wanted to listened and just wanted to have new one exchanged and I was explaining her that its against the store policy of exchange which is printed on the bottom of every receipt and we can`t even send it back to our suppliers with a month old sale Please lets us know the out come of the enquire and please feel free to contact us for anything elseBest Regards *** The Perfume City

As per our last reply we buy and sell perfumes As traders, we are not manufacture or direct company outletThat`s way we have a return policy of one week, as per last email we confirm that Ms *** came back after one month and now after that she has a new story that (she see a person to give a present, then she go vacation, then she has to find the person again to get the perfume back from him, then find the ticket, go to store"Come On" I should say thatWhat happened that the person used it all and then desisted that to change, so came up with a story of empty bottleI am in the business of selling and buying perfumes from past years and same location in Chula vista from the past years, we have all satisfied customers never a single complaint till now, we try to help everyone but in this case we are sorry as its not our mistakeWe can`t change a used perfume or cant even send it back to suppliers after so longWE EVEN OPENED THREE MORE SAME PERFUME BOTTLES TO SHOW HER THAT ALL ARE OK WHICH SHE ALSO CONFIRMWhich I mention in last email and even after showing her the stock we carry which HAS NO problem and sorry to say that we cant do anything about it, IF CUSTOMER OPEN AND USE ITRegards

I remember this incidence as when Ms [redacted] came to store that evening and we were busy but [redacted] our salesperson went to her asked her the reason and listened what she has to say and after listening to her complaint about the perfume, he then called me over as I was working with other customer at that time. When I came and was explained the problem what she had discussed with the salesperson [redacted].
My first reaction after looking at the receipt was Oh  its almost a month and her response I WAS ON VACATION and after I came back from vacation am too busy so couldn`t came earlier.. First she never came to store on 3/30/2015 but she came on 4/13/2015.
I tried to help her personally after listening to her I opened almost 3 more perfumes cello of same Very sexy men to show that its no problem, all 3 more same perfumes bottles cello we opened and bottles were totally full. I have attached one picture of Very Sexy men for our ref: also. I even told her that its a month old and maybe the person you gave might have used it as we never had problem like EVER and proofed it by showing and opening 3 more bottles of same perfume.
But she never wanted to listened and just wanted to have new one exchanged and I was explaining her that its against the store policy of exchange which is printed on the bottom of every receipt and we can`t even send it back to our suppliers with a month old sale.

Is my right as a  consumer to obtain the product that I paid for.
In my case was a gift. I had to see the person to give him the present, find him again to get it back the perfume, find the ticket, go to the store. Come on. The return policy is one week and they took 2 weeks to complete an "online" response, really?  This is an example about time policy.  The time is pretext to not fulfilling its obligation. Any bussiness or store in US always seeks the satisfaction of its customers and even more when they know that the customer is right. Honestly I was not worry when I went to the store because I trusted in the good judgement of the store. But now I notice that is not a realiable place to shop. I  demand my money back, it is fair. 
I hope you have honesty and commitment with the customers.

Review: I never have bought in this store. I was shopping in that zone and I decided buy a gift for a friend. Im a busy person and I delivered the gift two weeks later. When my friend opened the perfume it was completely empty! it was very embarassing for me. The pipe, the bottle and everything is new. The perfume was never full.You can probe that is perfectly sealed (pictures attached). I was not worried because I thought that was a manufacturing issue. So I went to the store a couple days later to make my complaint. The owner told me that there are not refunds in this store.Literally he told me: "I will not pay of my pocket this product" all claims are within 7 days. I tried to negotiate, you know that a gift is not delivered one day to other in all cases. I asked the owner to open other perfumes. I was beggin for an hour but he ignore me and attend other customers, even when there were 2 employees to do this work. Im frustrated. I want my money back and write a precedent to avoid this happen to other persons. Note: I have the product intact to prove it. I live in Mexico but I have an US adress and US phone numberDesired Settlement: I want my money back. I have the bottle, box and wrapper to analyze, all new, NO alterations or violations. The perfume was never filled
