I was a little scared ordering my perfume online because I just got scammed, I emailed the perfume spot to ask some questions they responded the next day I was very impressed with there cotomer service. I placed my order and received my Dolce&Gabbana light blue 3 days later I will not buy any other perfume online other than from the perfume spot. They are a perfume place you can trust!!!!!

Review: I purchased 10 elizabeth arden blue grass deoderants which arrived today

Each one that I opened, had an explosion of the deoderant, about 3 inches each in total

I followed the directions on the invoice and called the 800 number and reached someone who identified himself as the manager of customer service, tho I did not hear his name

His first comment was "I can't believe that"

He repeatedly asked me what happened, why I opened so many, to which my response was that I thought it might be an isolated issue

He was rude, singularly not helpful, made no offer to assist or reimburse and wanted me to ship all back, but did not listen to my repeatedly explaining that a good amount of the deoderant from each had now spurted out

He hung up on me and I am left with a defective product which is basicallly unusable and impossible to repack.

I'll add that this is the only deoderant I ever use and purchase it both in department stores or on-line and have been doing so for many years and this has never happened

I suspect that it's been sitting around in their place for too longDesired Settlement: full refund, not only for the fact that these are clearly defective and likely an old product, but also due to the fact that this company's so called "customer service" is a far stretch from that

Business

Response:

Customer was told they can return the items for a full refund.

Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:

THere was no indication that the person on the phone with whom I was communicating was taking any of my complaint seriously AND he hung up on me

Had he listened to any of my complaint, he would have realized that it would be physically impossible to repack all of the "exploded" containers.

So, not only is there defective merchandise, there is zero customer responsiveness and no where to complain

Review: This complaint is based on an online transaction and stems from advertising IMAGES representing the item I purchased from them. The product pictured is NOT the product delivered by this business. Before I placed the order, I phoned the business requesting verification of the item they were selling. A representative left the phone for a few minutes to "go eyeball the stock" and returned stating it was the same packaging/product which the website pictured. When delivered, it was not, in fact, what they have images posted for.

The website is www.theperfumespot.com but the return address on the packaging states [redacted]Desired Settlement: I have requested (and been declined) reimbursement for the RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES, as they should not be my responsibility.
