service agreement costs $265.00+tax for guaranteed scheduled quarterly serviceThis agreement must be paid at the time of serviceOn 7-16-14, you contacted me explaining your financial hardship, and I agreed for you to pay 1/on 7-and months later pay the other halfYou did pay $on 7-16-We have on file with your signature, the agreement stating suchOn this date, The Pest Professionals honored our agreement and treated the house (dining room/kitchen) for antsThere was no reoccurence for monthsOn October 1,2014, we scheduled and performed your second quarterly serviceOn October 13, you contacted us for service (ants) (dining room), we inspected, treated and communicated that you may need a followupOn October 24, you contacted us for a follow up, we inspected and treatedOn November 11, you contacted us for ants in another location, kitchenWe inspected and treatedThe Pest Professionals CALLED YOU/ MAILED PAYMENT REMINDERS (January 16,2015) PAYMENT DUE / NO RESPONSE!! I am rejecting this response because: what pest professionals says is completely falseAfter I paid half of the yearly service they never came back out to my house nor did they call me or send any letters to my houseMy husband works for the phone company and we could trace back to see if there number came through to my houseI have the signed documents that shows when they came to my houseWhere are the signed documents they have with my signature that they came in October and NovemberAnd as for my attitude on the phone that is a jokeI have never been spoken to so rudely by anyone in my entire life then that of the owner of pest professionals
