Review: Requested service on my truck to have wipers replaced and brakes checked out. They quoted me $1900 to fix my wipers and change my brakes. I told them no thanks and they immediately told me it would be $450 just for looking at it. I then told them to change the wipers and they then told me it would be $1200 ($700 in labor). They charged me $1200 to fix my wipers but my wipers are still not fixed and are literally sticking up on my windshield. Then as I was leaving my truck wouldn't start. Turns out the battery that I brought from them just one month prior died on me. It took them 45minutes to an hour for them to get me the jump for me to jump my own truck. I've invested money I'm getting my truck fixed and buying parts from this company and the level of service and disrespect I've gotten from them are unacceptable. I would like to get a refund or partial refund as my truck is basically in the same condition as it was before I brought it to them and I've given them too much money for nothing to be fixed. I've been dealing with them for a while and have spent well over $7k with them. I deserved more respect and better customer service than what they gave me.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund or partial refund.
