notes from our Manager Heather from the client profile:8/25/Owner called and said that she was quoted $for a bath and brush and was charged $Her bath and brush price was $and she asked what else she can do for him, Alexis recommended the spa special+teeth for $moreI let her know that my receptionists are aware that our lowest bath and brush price is $and that the spas special was an add onShe said we are lying to our customers and wants a refundI let her know that all of the services were completed and done correctly and sounds like there was just a big misunderstandingI said I would be more than happy to credit her account for a bath and brush for next time for the confusionShe said she is not coming back- HCAs you can see, we preformed all services, offered a free future service and we have been turned down Not our choice of outcomes, as it is not our policy to refund for services rendered, we have exhausted our options.
