Someone broke into my house, in march I had left messages sent emails and etc. no response nothing I reached out to supervisor he was very rude and said adjuster call back once they did they was rude hung up on me. I had t call from different numbers for them to answer. I've contacted BBB and etc

I hope if you are reading this you run far away from this company!!! It is not worth the hassleIf you want to pay money yearly and never have any homeowner issues then by all means go with this company but as soon as you have an issue they will give you the run around, never answer or return your calls and take MONTHS to review or pay your claim, especially the claim rep Michelle R***My walked into my home one day and it was broken intoI called the insurance company immediately , and the only question the agent could ask me was why I wasn't wearing my wedding ring as if it was any of her concernI am weeks in my rep has never called me once I have had to call her every time, and I am just now at the process where I will meet the lawyer who couldn't even spell their address right on their official documentI called the rep today and she advised it could still take more time (she couldn't say how much time) and the claim could be deniedI am ready to get a lawyer and sue

The Philadelphia Contributionship is Breaking the Law. I have a Payable Claim, as I was forced to leave my Home because " THE INSTALLED FLOORS" were POISON.

Now that I have won my Case in Montgomery County Courts for salient rent issues, I have incurred over $11,000. in Hotel Bills while looking for a New Home ...and my Agency ( David H Tyson ) CANNOT even get these Felons to call me.

My Counsel and I will be in Conference with the Pennsylvania Attorney General.

Hello Everyone! I am currently a policy holder with this company. For those looking to purchase home insurance, head this warning "GO SOMEWHERE ELSE" "DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!" I called to report a claim over the damage my home sustained from the strong winds this past winter (there was aluminum siding on the floor that day the adjustor arrived at my home). It took 4 days until a claims rep finally called me back. Then it took the longest time for an adjustor just to come out to my property, to inspect all of the damage. After all that, I received a call from said Claims Rep that I would be receiving a check for $2,124.29. People, ask yourself this question.... in this day and age, who can you hire for $2,124.29 to repair the siding of your home? to replace/repair the shingles that came off the top of your roof? I had faith that, with how fast this particular home insurance company is to get their monthly payment, that they would come through and deliver on their services - I was wrong! I cannot wait for this policy to be over as I will begin to shop around for a new home insurance company. To all reading this... if you really value your home and want better service, possibly reliable service; as do all who work hard for their homes so richly deserve, do not go with the Philadelphia Contributionship as your home insurance company.

I have been a customer for over 18 years with this agency. I have only filed one previous claim about 5 years ago. Recently, we had damaging straight line winds come through my area. This caused a large limb from a tree to hit and damage my house. As well as cause water to enter my basement. Filing a claim wasn't too bad. However, getting a response was like having root canal! When the "adjuster" they assigned arrived to survey the damage, I have never seen a person so clueless as to what they were looking at. Not to mention unprofessional in the way he communicated. It has been over two weeks now and I have still not heard back as to what the resolution of the claim will be. I am leaving this fraud of an agency and getting a policy with a reputable firm that knows what customer service means. I highly advise NOT using The Philadelphia Contributionship for your insurance needs!
