They sell stolen phones! Stay away from this shop!
I bought a preowned iPhone from their eBay store in 2018 the phone worked fine until recently I decided to change carrier. The phone I bought is unlocked but it is on T-mobile’s block list. I’ve never used T-mobile before. T-mobile told me this was a stolen iPhone or the bill of the previous owner never paid off!

I sent the order number and a screenshot through eBay, they denied that order!

Buyer for this item was provided return information, by us and by ***, to ship the item back to us and both times buyer did notWe have a day return policy for all our items and have no problem accepting the item back for a refund as long as it's in the original condition and in the original box with accessoriesOnce you have a tracking number confirming delivery you should hear back from us within hours

Hi [redacted] , Upon further review, it appears that you transaction does not qualify for our return policyOnce you decide to leave a negative feedback for an order, we are not able to provide assistanceThank you for your understanding

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] 5, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Seller claims that machine was fine, but this is not true I had very little incentive to return machine and deal with all this hassle, would have preferred machine to work as advertised This should be a 100% defective return, not 90% restocking. As for the hard drive, they sent to an address I was no longer at without asking me if it was the right place to send it to Their failure to do so means they need to pay for shipping back that hard drive I'm not confused at all Phone Cellar is just lying, and has shady business practices In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

I am begging you to never ever buy a phone from this guyHe sold an unlocked phone to me in January At the time I was using a sister company that the phone was locked to so it didn't even occur to me to check whether it was truly unlockedI wanted to switch providers a few days ago and I discovered that the phone was actually not unlockedAll communications with him have been deliberately ignoredDo not ever ever buy a thing from him if you love yourself

Our previous message clearly outlines the reason for the deduction of the refund from the full amountThis is not a personal issue, but a company policy that you agreed to when placing your orderA 10% restocking fee is standard amongst many businesses that covers shipping and handling costs for returns that are not defectiveNot agreeing with the policy is not a reason to dispute the funds, details should be read prior to order placement

Buyer purchased a laptop as statedHe informed us that the laptop was not running as smoothly as he hoped, and thought the issue was with the hard drive disk, so we sent a replacement at our own cost as he agreed to install it on his ownHe then proceeded to want to return the item claiming it was still defective, so we supplied him with a prepaid return labelUpon return, our in-house Apple Certified technician inspected the laptop and defects were foundThe customer simply did not like the item and was not happy with the speed of the deviceThis is OK, and we can accept those kind of returns, but as per the company policy provided to the buyer at the time of purchase, a 10% restocking fee was withheld along with the charger for the return label as the buyer pays return shipping fees in these kind of instancesIn addition, the replacement hard drive we sent the buyer was never sent back to us, so it's cost to us ($35) was withheld as well until returned back to usThe buyer was provided with all of this information, and there should be confusion as to why a full refund was not provided in this instance

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I contacted the seller as requested and never received a response regarding a refundThis has not been resolved and would like the case reopenedThank you so much! In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

We only sell genuine items unless stated otherwiseThe device ordered was a genuine Samsung device as you can verify with Samsung directlyInstead of contacting us about the issue, you proceeded to leave bad feedback and then contacting your credit card company to dispute the amountAs per ***
Transaction ID a refund was applied to the transaction and you are still complaining while having both the item and the money? Please return the funds back to us ASAP or send the item back in its original condition as this is fraud and harassment at this point

I bought a Samsung Note 4 from this Phone Seller. The phone's software had been altered and the phone crashed when I tried to download pictures after only having it for 4 months. I contacted the seller and Ebay to no avail.
Be very careful and I would not suggest buying anything thing from this seller. Very dishonest and deceptive person.
