We sell and repair over a thousand units per yearDue to the volume of devices that we see, there are sometimes issues that come up that we may have missedOut store policy that's posted on the bottom of receipts, front if store and in other locations around the store state that we do not refund purchasesWe will repair or exchange devices within a day period of purchase due to the potential of having an issue with the deviceWe want all of our customers to leave with a positive experience and try hard to see that this happensHowever, we have rules in place for various reasons and make adjustments as we encounter different issuesWe post all changes in store policy on receipts and in the store if and when they changeHowever, Our policy of not giving cash refunds has remained the sameThanks, ***

We issued a refund for the whole amount submitted for the repairThe volume buttons are not touched and the internal components are not disassembled when replacing a screenTherefore, it's not possible for us to damage the volume buttonsIt takes a great deal of time to disassemble the whole
phone and get to that part of the phoneWe make every effort to provide great customer service but we can't repair items that we are not responsible forOur technicians are highly trained professionals and are familiar with every repair that we doUnfortunately, we can't always make everyone happyThere are those that believe that we may have in some way done something wrongIf we do make mistakes, we own them and will do everything that we can to rectify the situationHowever, in this situation, there is nothing that can be done to satisfy this customerPer her complaint, she us complaining that we didn't provide the correct broken screen when the refund was issuedThis is the same screen that has to be replaced anywayI can't say anything more than this other than we always hate to loose a customer!

We want all of our customers to leave with a positive experience and try hard to see that this happens.
