The Phone Works And Co Vs Ariel Beteta dispute has been resolved which was based on the [redacted] Unlocking and from both sides we say thank you to the Revdex.comSincerely, The Phone Works And Co

We received the complaint, the original time to unlock is between three days to twelve days, the reason why it took more than three days because the unlocking request was declined, but still since we promised our customer that it will be unlocked in three days, we applied expensive service which we are supposed to charge the customer more but just for the curtosy we did not because it was not unlocked in three daysthe phone has been unlocked and we can provide the proof that it clearly shows the phone has been unlocked but we would like to request that if the customer needs help please come directly to the store and contact the manager name Moe

Three to Twelve days is not stated explicitly anywhere in their business, nor did they mention it could take up to twelve days at any time in any of my correspondence with themThe ONLY reason my phone is now unlocked is because I went directly to my carrier to have it unlocked, NOT because this business did itThis business is clearly utilizing fraudulent business practices and I would warn anymore before making a purchase hereI still have yet to be offered a refund for the service
