after reviewing the complaint # *** we decided to issue a refund for the customer without investigating the case as
a customer satisfaction credit, however, the information provided in the case where way of the ture and the store were made up by the customer ,
please ask the customer to come in to the store on Friday or Saterday as the owner go to flagstaff only on Friday and Saterday and never been there in Tuesday as the customer claims
