Thank you so much for your response regarding Complaint ID [redacted] I actually had contacted you a few weeks ago to let you know that I did get a refund from the company I still am not very happy with (1) their very poor customer service that I experienced for months or (2) the fact that they broke my iPad and did not cover the damage I did, however, get the refund I requested for the money that I had paid them for repairs I am satisfied with the case being closed.Thank you!
