Where do I start. I made an appointment to get my solar panals screened up and the lady said if I pay in full she will take $20 dollars off my bill of $720. Sure sounded like a good deal. Well they missed my appointment and when I finally got ahold of the 2 days after they missed the appointment the lady said the job was completed. I assured her it wasn't so she sent someone out the next day. The screens are installed but part of the bill was a $140 cleaning fee. The cleaning looked like it wasn't done. So I called back and the same lady said we can't get 100% of the roof clean but she will send someone back to take a look. When I got home I noticed a black garbage bag thrown on the side of my house. I opened yo bag and it was half full of bird crap, nests, dead birds, etc. I gave them 1 star because they did what I paid for but it took me calling them to remind them they missed my appointment, didn't do the job right the first time and through the garbage on the side of my house. I really wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Could not ask for a more professional company; from scheduling the appraisal to the completed installation. Extremely knowledgeable and quite reasonable costs. We called due to pigeon issues not only on the roof peaks but under our solar panels. The installation was done quickly and efficiently. The next two days I saw pigeons outside the second floor window and heard them looking for a way to get under the solar panels. After the third day I did not see any pigeons and only heard slight movement around the solar panels. Now there is nothing -- no pigeons around the solar panels (and of course none under them from the date of installation forward), very, very few on the roof. Great job by this company! Plus, the installers saw that part of the estimate would not be needed and my invoice was adjusted without my even having to ask! Like I said, extremely professional, knowledgeable and a great company to use for any of the services they offer!

I had called The Pigeon Guy to come out to my house for a problem with pigeons I was having. The woman I believe to be [redacted] was very disrespectful. She has an attitude the entire time while I talked to her and acted like I was very stupid. She had a guy come out to do estimates and all he did was walk around the house and tell me I needed tons of different things done. I then got a call with the estimate that it was going to cost and since I figured they knew everything they were doing I agreed to it. While the guys were here working on my roof they were on cell phones, using profanity, smoking pot on my roof and in their vans, they took lots of breaks, and they were putting ciggerettes out on my roof. Within a couple of days after them being done I was still having a lot of pigeons on my roof. I called them again and again I spoke with [redacted] and she told me it would cost me so much money for them to come out again. This was an absolute horrible company and I will never call or recommend them to anyone again.
