We order logo pins from thepinzone on December 2019 for $349 order number *** but they never delivered. Purchase was put on credit card.
On January 14th, we followed up to ask about the status of order. 1/20/2020 Ben responded apologizing, provided an excuse and offered a discount. He indicated order would be filled in a few days.
1/27/2020 - I sent note asking about deliver date.
2/5/2020 Ben responded by email and I also called. Again said order would be completed shortly.
2/14/2020 I asked that order be cancelled and refunded.
I have not heard back. I also left a voice mail expressing same information. Not sure of date.
This customer's product has since been delivered a few months ago. I never received a follow up email from her unfortunately.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
The vendor never responded to me. We did not receive the product we purchased. I order from another vendor, *** Pens. Attached is the box and picture of product we had to purchase from *** Pens. I would greatly appreciate if Pen Zone would live to its commitments. Also, I believe we still have the emails from Pen Zone, if needed.
