water leak
I DANNY LOWE have been at the Pines of Perinton now for 8 years and 3+ months and I have never seen the maintenance crew move this slowly I am talking about days in how slowly they are moving I have requested to have a water leak fixed on WEDNESDAY DECEMBER 14 in my front room closet the lady who took that call did not put it in so I called back on FRIDAY DECEMBER 16 the lady who took that call put it in because it showed on my email and she said they will respond by 5:00 pm and with the office closing at 3:00 pm they did not show up and I knew that could be a lie this water has been leaking for some time it has a patch in the ceiling where it been leaking and if they don't do something about that whole closet ceiling could come down.

Hi ***! We are in receipt of a letter stating that you did not receive a response for me I sent a response to you regarding the above matter a few weeks ago to be compliant within the day filing mark This was my response to the complaint. I met with Gail E*** in
person to discuss an event she was having for her graduating class of nurses from HACC At no time did I indicate to MsE*** that there would be no charge for her event We have a $50/hour charge for our private space regardless of time, Sunday-Thursday This charge covers items such as linen as we provide them as part of the room rental fee In addition, MsE*** signed the credit card slip with the $room fee included the day of her event I specifically walked her through all charges as one of her colleagues paid for a portion of the bill, as well We will not be refunding $as she was aware of this charge in the beginning as well as an email was sent almost one month prior (I will send in a separate email) Please let me know if you require additional information Thank you for your time & attention Love is Brewing, Alisha P***Appalachian Brewing CompanyNCameron StreetHarrisburg, PA 17101T: ###-###-####M: ###-###-####Here is the email I sent to Gail E*** almost month prior to her event She was aware of the $room rental charge per the email. Upon reviewing ***'s complaint we have found that we received her security deposit refund check on December 15th and it was placed in the mail that day to ***. It's policy that past residents will receive their check days days from the date of their move out statement from the
property. ***'s letter from the Pines is dated for 11/23/15. The refund check number is *** is attaachedIf *** has not recieved this check she needs to contact the office so that we can place a stop payment ion the check and get it reiussed to her.If you should have any questions please contact me at ###-###-####.Sincerely;Michele A***

I am rejecting this response because: I met with Alicia P*** in person in October after repeated phone calls to her to schedule this event. The nursing school has always held this end of the year event at Appalachian Brewing Company and in the past NEVER paid a room fee. MsP*** told me we would be scheduled in the Abbey Bar and that if we wanted bartender service it would be $per hour. I declined the $per hour charge and we discussed that members of our party would have to go downstairs to the first floor to purchase alcoholic beverages. I again confirmed with her that there was no room charge which she affirmed was the case.When we arrived for the party, I was surprised we were set up in a private room. There was another party in the Abbey Bar and thus there was bartender service for our party also. I would note we spent several hundred dollars on alcohol. I realize this is a "he said, she said" type of complaint but Appalachian Brewing Company will never book another party from my nursing school again. We were a group of college students, most of whom were not working due to the rigorous schedule of nursing clinicals, and most were barely able to scrape the money together for the party without the surprise $room charge. Unfortunately, since I was the person who organized the party and paid with my credit card, I personally bear the $charge. MsP*** did review the itemized bill with me at the commencement of the party, but apparently the room charge was added into the tip. I called her the next day stating the tip was calculated inappropriately, as it was $more than the agreed-upon rate and that is when she stated the extra $was a room charge. I will be placing poor reviews on all restaurant rating software for Appalachian Brewing Company due to their misappropriation of this party.
