I had the necklace remade by another" handcut" company and it looks like a initial C .....imagine that!! I could not sleep at night charging someone for a item that was done wrong and that they were unhappy aboutThank goodness for the reputable company that designed the second necklace so my daughter had the special gift that she wantedShame on the Pink MonogramThis company has had other situations of complaints that were handled poorly or ignored on social media

We got one about the customer having issues with the necklace she ordered. I had told ur customer service to email the customer to say if they would return the necklace we would gladly either fix it for them or we would refund her if they were not happy.  They have filed a visa return on...

the item and were were waiting on a response back from them. Ususually we ask for a photo to confirm that the product has been made incorrectly. it is early Monday morning but I will reach out to the customer again I am so sorry if they have not gotten our emails.
