exchanges. We review each customer that wants to return an item on a case by case basis. For example a customer bought an item  two days ago and was for the wrong phone by mistake we gladly exchange for them based on timeline. If a customer returns something weeks later we do not exchange or return based on our original policy. Especialy if is not saleable.
