Good afternoon sirs,At the pink spot we are comitted to giving the highest customer service at the sale with superior products .Our policy is listed at the register at time of sale and reafirmed by the botom headerof the receiptgiven at time of collection as to our policy of no returns or exchangesWe review each customer that wants to return an item on a case by case basisFor example a customer bought an item two days ago and was for the wrong phone by mistake we gladly exchange for them based on timelineIf a customer returns something weeks later we do not exchange or return based on our original policyEspecialy if is not saleable
