At this time, I have been contacted directly by The Pioneer Group LLC regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

*** *** of Pioneer Group came to my house and acknowledged he was overpaid but refused to give the money back I have filed a claim with small claims court to recover my money

Review: On August * I informed [redacted] " your missing a payment I made of $10,000 dollars on April **". I think you owe me a refund. [redacted] the owner of Pioneer Group responded with ok no problem I will forward everything to [redacted] his no worries". Since then he has not paid me back or finished the job he started. Some of the texts he sent me say "[redacted] it's Monday leave me alone please I'm already having a long day". Another text on August ** said "[redacted] as I said I will be over there next week to go over stuff with you. I'm not going anywhere and everyone knows you aren't".

Since then he has not made any attempt to show up. His text are completely disrespectful and he has not made any efforts to pay me back my money. I feel he is unprofessional and is doing nothing short of stealing. He also has work that needs to be completed. Please help in getting justice served in this unfortunate series of events with a very unethical business man.Desired Settlement: Please help in getting the contracted work finished and a refund of $2400 dollars to be paid.
