I bought a product from them, they told me about the warranty, but they never told me that I was going to get a credit as a refund with 30 day to use They lied to me about the product saying that it was good.and they never explain me all the policy rules they got,he only told me about the warranty,he never told me that I was going to get a credit refund to expand it in the same store with a 30 day limit.so if I don't find anything I like I loose my money. The product was a [redacted] car amp Serial #[redacted] and I had to pay to a professional installer to check the amp.I paid with my credit car d.Desired SettlementAll I want is my money back in my credit card,I don't want to keep expanding my money until I get the right amp.And for the next time they need to explain to their costumers how the policy work about warranties and refunds. Business Response We have our warranty posted in English and Spanish on the wall in our store. The new items we sell carry factory warranties and we honor those. Our policy is to repair or replace used merchandise. We try out all used merchandise thoroughly before we put it out for sale and therefore rarely have these problems. Of course we are not beyond mistake and things sometimes indeed break down. We generally issue refunds on used merchandise only in the event that an exchange can not be made satisfactorily. When credits are issued they are not limited to 30 days. Our warranty is a 30 day warranty from the time of purchase but we in no way limit the time of a store credit, I feel sure this part surely was a communication problem. It was our interpretation that Mr. [redacted] spoke well enough English for proper communication. However, he was also directed to the warranty sign before he made his original purchase and asked if he understood. He said that he did and indeed seemed to. Upon returning the item in question he was offered store credit and accepted that with his only complaint being his money he had spent to have the amp installed\checked out. We therefore credited him that amount in addition to the purchase price of the amp. He applied this total amount to another amp and left with the replacement amp and to our assumption seemed pleased. We've not heard anything else from him. Is there a problem with the replacement amp that he now has? If so we have not been informed of this.Again, thank you for your help with this [redacted] Manager The Pioneer

I pawned my computer ( display, keyboard, mouse) when I got my computer out of pawn they lost my mouse now they do not want to replace it to equal valueI pawned my apple I Mac computer ( display, keyboard, mouse)When I went to get the items out of pawn my mouse was missing as soon I they brought my items out I told them there was a key board and mouse with it because I did not see either item the lady work the counter told me that the items were not listed on my pawn ticket the pawn ticket refers to my items as a computer system it does not list each individual item shortly after bring the employees attention we found the key board it had been taped to the back of the computer witch during this whole time they had been say I did not pawn the keyboard and mouse at the time we found it they realized that I had pawned the two items with the computer I did not know that the ticket should have list each item I thought that them referring to it as a system covered all three items so I was told they would look for it and if they did not find it they would replace it and I was told the would call in a few days the employee told my to sign the pick up sheet acknolaging that my property was in the same condition as it was in when I dropped it off I asked her about the mouse and how it affected this form I was told that I was just signing for the items I was picking up and they were going to fix the issue at hand involving the mouse so a week went by and I herd nothing so I called back and talked the manager Jason he said he would look into it and make the situation right and he would call back the next day and let me know what was going on another week passed and I herd nothing so I called and talked to Jason againe this time he told me that because I signed the form at picked up that he really did not have to do anything then says he will get a mouse but it would not be the same one because I could not prove what kind it was everything I had pawn was the original part with this computer all I asked him to do was if they could not find my mouse just replace it with the same one of equal value that they had losses he said he would not do that and if I did not like that he would not do anything at this time I did loss my temper shortly with him over the phone but all during this call he had been very rude to me and now was telling me that he was not going to replace my mouse that they loss with one of equal value and I was very upset I just want back what they lossed or one like it equaling in value Jason the manager refuses to do this I fell took advantaged of because I was tricked into signing this form and assured that this issue was going to be handled I have been very patient with this business what they are doing is wrong I payed the pawn payment and the money to take out of pawn in belief that my property would be took care of in this period of timeDesired SettlementReplacement of my mouse one like I had that they lossedBusiness Response The customer pawned the computer system on October 16th 2015. Upon returning to redeem the loan and pick up the computer on April 16th 2016 he stated that the mouse and keyboard were not with the computer. Neither are listed on the ticket as being part of the loan. It is our standard procedure to list such items. We found that the keyboard was taped to the computer. We conducted a search, and found no mouse. The customer signed for the merchandise and left with us promising him that we would conduct a top to bottom search for the mouse and contact him if we found it. We did not and have done this now a second time. There is no mouse. When then customer called back upset and still insistent that he had pawned the mouse with the computer we promised him we would look into getting him a new mouse. We do not think the mouse was left with us in October, and that the six months lapse in time has caused the customers memory to be mistaken, but wish to satisfy the customer. We found an Apple replacement mouse on line and when we informed the customer that we would order him a new Apple mouse. He then proceeded to tell us that his mouse was a special $200 mouse and that was what he wanted as a replacement. A thorough search for Apple mouses recommended for his computer offers 3 models. The basic mouse for that model being a Macally 3 button optical mouse. The step up being the Apple Mighty Mouse and the most expensive being the Apple Majic Mouse at $69When we informed the customer that we would get him one of these options at no cost but would not under the circumstances purchase him a $200 mouse, the customer became belligerent, told us where to stick our offered mouse and hung up on us. We've had no further contact with the customer. We still do not think, based on our rememberance and the documentation, coupled with what feel to be an unreasonable request by the customer for a $200 mouse, that any mouse was left in pawn as part of this customers loan. We do however recognize that we are certainly capable of error and therefore are willing to buy and give the customer what we feel to be a reasonable and suitable New Apple mouse as a gesture towards making this situation right for all parties. We will not however conduct any further manner of business with him if he chooses to be rude and belligerent while in the process.
