Interesting, apparently the complainant forgot that she deposited the attached cancelled checkIts crystal clear that "someone" is trying to make a mockery of the Revdex.com and the complaint process

We have no record of this customer in our records. We did not service this customer. She is correct, that we are indeed closed this week for Passover. No one answers phone. No work is scheduled. Customer obviously has us confused with another company or this is a complaint spam.

Two days ago our heat stopped working. I called Home Serve since I had a contract with them. The guy came next day and said I needed a plumber. My father came by earlier and told me to call his plumber. So I called Pipe Doctor since they are local. The woman who answered, [redacted], had me check a few things first and then said someone can come within an hour when it still didn't work. 45 minutes later, 2 men rang my bell with tons of tools on them ready to go! I'll never forget what the [redacted] guy said to me. "I'm here to get your heat working safely". He found a problem with the gas that was causing a lot of carbon monoxide and fixed it. Printed a report and taped it to the boiler. No words and describe how much trust I have in these guys. They were in and out in less than 2 hours and my heat has been working perfectly since then and my babies are safe now. The bill was under $300 but the service is priceless. Thank you! So so much!

Review: I recently called out this company to fix a leaking pipe in my rental unit in [redacted] The technician came out on Thursday, April [redacted] to repair the pipe. I was not home and the tenant oversaw the repair. I had left money with the tenant to pay the bill and I subsequently received a receipt that the repair was completed and paid in full.

Today, the tenant notifies me that the pipe is still leaking. She said that the technician, “[redacted]” didn’t actually replace anything but said original pipe was installed backyards and he had fixed it. Now the leak is worse.

I called Pipe Doctor and informed them that the pipe was still leaking. The gentleman I spoke to said the office was closed this week and they could get someone out next Monday or Tuesday. I told him that this was unacceptable as the job was obviously done incorrectly and I couldn’t expect a tenant to wait that long to fix the pipe. He informed me that because I did not originally call out an emergency technician, he could not send an emergency person out. I then inquired what the warranty on their service was. He informed me two years, but he wasn’t going to send someone out. He claimed that if the job was signed ok when the person left, then it’s not their fault that the pipe is not working now.

I am extremely upset about this lack of customer service. The gentleman whose name I did not get unfortunately, was dismissive when I asked for a refund of the service charge as I now have to pay a second plumber to fix this problem. He essentially said, “oh well, have a nice day” and put the phone down.

I cannot begin to tell you how angry I am right now. I would like an investigation of this company and to file a formal complaint. I unfortunately paid in cash or else I would have stopped the transaction charge via my bank.Desired Settlement: A refund of the fee paid.

Good morning,

Re: Complaint # [redacted]

I attach a copy of the invoice/receipt emailed to me after this job was completed by the Pipe Doctor repair person, [redacted]. I don't understand how the respondent can claim that this job was never completed. Even if the repair was ordered in my husband's name, [redacted], and they did not see my name on the job order, a search by the address would have identified the service. if the respondent took this seriously.

I did speak to a gentleman. There is no way I would have been able to know that the company was closed for the week without him informing me, and telling me I would have to wait a week. He also said that he remembered the job when I explained that the person had to come out a second time on Thursday because the tenant had missed the repair person the previous day on Wednesday.

The respondent's response indicates their attempt to dismiss this complaint process as they have dismissed me over the telephone.
