Dear sir, I was asked to replace a three handle broken shower valve, I replaced the valve, restored the shower. Customer agreed to pay $450.00. The job started with a $check as a deposit. I purchased the new valve. A week after the job was completed the customer
complained that the valve was leaking. I returned with my wife to check on the valve, upon arrival I asked the customer to put her Rottweiler dog away and she refused to do that saying the dog was OK. We proceeded to the bathroom where she brought the dog with her. The valve was checked in front of customer and my wife, and the valve was working properly. When I tried to explain the function of the valve the customer got very upset and started to kick her dog which caused the dog to start growling and snappingI asked the customer to stop hitting the dog.the customer then shoved past me and my wife leaving the dog in the bathroom with me.my wife and I went to the front door
