The Pismo Beach Hotel

Review: I reserved a "king suite room" using their website. When reserving the room it has a picture of the room that you reserve. The problem is, when I showed up at the hotel they gave me a room and it was NOTHING like the room that I reserved on their website. I went to the lobby to complain, they told me that the picture on the website was a picture of their "master suite," and that if I wanted that room it would be an additional $70. I told them that this is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I asked why I am not getting the room I reserved on the website. Instead they gave me a room half the size and with half of the furniture that the one I reserved came with. The lady told me she would refund me only ten percent of what I paid. So thanks to Pismo beach hotel my girlfriends birthday weekend was ruined. Her and I had to sleep in this tiny suite with 3 of our friends all crammed in there. I am very disappointed in my stay here and will NEVER return. This is FALSE ADVERTISING AT ITS FINEST.Desired Settlement: I paid $169. With tax the total came out to around $190. The lady refunded me $20. However, I would like a full refund of my $169 put back into my bank account.

I am rejecting this response because:

I did not pay the extra $116 for the balcony suite because I could not afford an extra $116 to spend. However, I thought that was the suite I had paid for because that is what the pictures on your website suggested I was getting for $169 a night. I would not like a discount because with all due respect I do not plan on returning to this hotel again I will take my business elsewhere. I do want this matter resolved as soon as possible so instead of asking for a full refund can we please work together. I am only asking for at least half of my money back. Which is in the amount of $80 refunded back into my account. Hopefully we can work this situation out now. Thank you
