I am rejecting this response because: The only shop that had serviced this vehicle was *** *** Lexus, the dealer I purchased the car from, who knows the correct way to lift a vehicleThis damage was done by the Pit Crew, who damaged the left side the same way they damaged the right side, which was done at the same timeI didn't see the damage to the left side of the vehicle because it is located immediately behind the left front tire, and was covered by mud sprayI noticed the damage immediately after I returned home from their shop while hand washing the car. There was no prior damage to this area of the vehicle. *** *** mentioned in his response that I am a one time customer, so my car had never been in his shop prior to this damage being done, so how can he claim prior damage? *** *** himself told me that the way they always lift a vehicle is by putting the forks of the lift under the vehicle and lifting it by the frameHe said they don't put the forks under the body of the vehicle, and lift the car's weight by the bodyThis car was damaged on both sides because they lifted the car by the bodyI will send you a photo of another vehicle at their shop which was also incorrectly lifted by the bodyI will send this photo in a follow up email.The Pit Crew did the damage to the left side of this vehicle, and I would like to pursue this claim furtherPlease advise what next steps I should take.

This is a one time customer. We did damage his right side with out lift, and we did make it right even though I showed him the right side had scrapes prior to the lift damage. We replaced the right side trim. We are not responsible for the left side. The left side had prior damage and it wasn’t from...

the lift. Please show us pictures of trim beforehand to show proof.  You can see there is prior damage.
