Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I took my car in March I took it down and left it on a Friday afternoon [redacted] told me he would have it done by SaturdayHe did notIt was Sunday after 9:pm before the car was doneI have no receipt for this transaction as I believe [redacted] took the money for him self and not the companyIs this the Pit Stop problem? Probably notHowever the work was done at this location, and it certinaly makes this company look badIf the owner allows work to be done after hours, and divide the money however it is or isn't divided I feel is a scam [redacted] has known for months now that my car was not fixed right, and ignores my every attempt to get it fixedThis company looks shady if this is how they do business Regards, [redacted]
