Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below To whom it may concern,Regarding the response from Mary Lou F*, Assistant Manager in customer service, unfortunately PWSA's response is unsatisfactoryThe response in no way explains the billing discrepancy between American Water and PWSA.American Water's invoices have me utilizing roughly 1800-gallons of water/month, and that is what they billed me forI have evidence of this if necssary.PWSA on the other hand is billing me at nearly double that usage and in turn is claiming their errors in billing are due to American Water reporting higher usage. If American Water sees my water usage at 4500+ gallons per month but only bills me for 1800, who's fault is this? This matter needs to be investigated further by PWSAI request that the assistance manager, Mary Lou F*, reach out to American Water to determine why there is this discrepancyThis is not an issue of me having a concern over consumption, my concern is that PWSA is over-billing me and the response given does absolutely nothing to address this concern.I would like a response from the assistant manager on the outcome of their follow up with American WaterAt that time if necessary I can reach out to American Water to determine why they are billing me for nearly half of what they are sending to PWSA as consumption statisticsThis is an issue between American Water and PWSA, not me, the consumer [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The PWSA states that I received a bill for $due on May 24th They sent me multiple bills after I told them I contacted the Revdex.com - I received different bills on Saturday from the PWSA totally almost $ This does not tell me that my issue is resolved and that I will be getting monthly bills going forward This has been ongoing for over a year now They have not been addressing these in a timely matter - I have to email multiple times to get any answers I have been asking for a bill since I paid my last bill in January (which only covered my balance through December) The only gave me copies of my bills once I notified the Revdex.com I do not consider this resolved until I receive regularly monthly bills without asking for my monthly bill Regards, [redacted] ***

Pittsburgh Water and Sewage Authority PWSA charged me for water consumption usage which were estimated billings. How could this be? There was never a inside water service line installed from the meter outside in the ground the rear of my building. As a General Contractor and Construction Manager, dba, Shalom Construction Company since September 1980, since February 2012, I have been paying Jordan Tax Service because every time I went before th Exoneration Board for PWSA they always ruled in favor of PWSA. The Exoneration Board does not exist now, good ridance! Since Feb. 2012, Jordan Tax Service claims I have only paid them $3,985.70 which went to PWSA I filed a Formal Complaint with the Pennslyvania Utility Commission back in Dec. 2018. Today is March 12, 2019. It was assigned to an Investigator, Timothy Clark. PWSA lied saying all I paid was $1460. They can only go back four (4) yrs., which is a ruling of PUC. I am now fortunate, after 5 calls to PUC to have someone from the Exective Office call me saying they have assigned Timothy Clark. That the Attorney General of PA. They are investigating other allegations from commercial property owners and others about how PWSA operates. They really need to investigate Jordan Tax Service for shoddy bookkeeping. They have ripped me off for years with Property and Real Estate Taxes, city of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County Real Estate taxes. Jordan Tax Service has no one to account to either. Jordan Tax Service has charged me feed and penalties from estimated water consumption charges I paid via: PWSA. I am still paying Jordan Tax Service for water consumption charges and their fees to keep my building from going up on Treasurer Sales for delinquent false billings. The whole can system stinks to high hell. I have paid thousands of dollars via: PWSA and they think they will get away with a 1460 refund. I got news for them. I ran President of the United States
Samuelhurtpresident2016.com and am running again in 2020. The website is currently under consstruction! If I win in 2020, a lot of heads are going to roll in PA. PA is a corrupt state, city of Pittsburgh needs to be investigated, and am waiting to see if the PUC will render a decision giving me call my money PWSA and Jordan Tax Service has EXTORTED from me. There really needs to be another Class Action suit filed against PWSA and Jordan Tax Service and The city of Pittsburgh/Allegheny County for others summarily situated!

Good Afternoon *** I hope this email finds
you wellI wanted contact you in regards for a complaint that I filed with the Revdex.com in regards to the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority for a billing that I never received, and still have not for a “catch up amount” over an estimated months of misreading’s on my water meter.Yesterday I received a letter in the mail, address to you, from Tanya G***-W***, at PWSA in regards to the matterThis letter concerns me because the issues still have not been addressedI still, as of today, October 28, have never see a bill for this “catch up” amountMy issues were not for the disconnection notice, my issue is that I was not a bill or any prior notification in regards to the 22,gallons of water that was allegedly usedMy other issue was that I was given several different reasons in regards to the additional amount I was billed.I do not mind paying for anything that I used, but being asked to pay without any proof is bothersome.I have attached several items for your review, as I have tried to explain to PWSA, I was never set a notice of this “catch up” amountIn September when I spoke to Sommorra I requested the bill, since all of my billings are sent to me online via there site, she said she would mail one to me, and I never received itI did receive the payment plan of per monthBut I do not want to pay that additional amount until I am assured that the billing is actually correct. Please see attached the letter that was sent to your attention, dated 10/20/that I received at my home yesterday, 10/28/15. I also attached two PDF’s entitled statement listings that show that there is a missing statement for August 2015.I also attached my actual bills that show no usage for August.I hope this information helps to understand my issues with paying a “catch up” amount when I have been given no notification of it, or a billI also have the emails that were sent to PWSA in regards to this issue as well that I can forward you. Thank you so much for your help in this matter. *** ***

The worst & most disorganized company I have ever dealt with. They sent someone out to shut the water off so my plumber could fix a busted pipe. The worker they sent broke the curb shut off, then stated it was our responsibility to dig up the sidewalk and take care of the repairs. Beyond unprofessional.
