upper managment /GM/partner fix  this just with me is after the fact with me is unacceptable.  I would recommend that the store accept their GIFT CARDS as  distributed and at face value,  and to remove their hand written sign off to the end of their counter that their are exceptions to using gift cards.Every other restaurant I have used honors gift cards at face value, same  cash.I am asking the company via this complaint to fix their [redacted] up bias to honoring a gift card at face value for all future customers, not just me.
