Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute. This response does not resolve my dispute with The Place at West Over HillsTheir response to my concerns about professionally re-mediating the toxic mold in the apartment is of primary concern which left my family and I extremely sick for a period of over three monthsConversations were held between management and myself that were not recorded in their response to this disputeI will be uploading documentation on all of my, and my family's medical expenses, records, and treatments as a result of their unprofessional maintenance practices and blatant disregard for the health of their tenantsThis dispute can be settled by the Place at Westover Hills removing these inaccurate charges from my credit report, and nullifying the balanceOtherwise, I am requesting the apartment complex reimburse the medical expenses, loss of income as a result of sickness, and if necessary the litigation expenses that will incur as a result of filing a lawsuit against the apartment complex
Regards,
Jeremy Miller
Revdex.comMESSAGE FROM BUSINESS:We are responding for the second time to the customer feedback submitted on 08/27/with IDnumber of *** and *** *** lived at The Place at Westover Hills as stated in my initial response from February 24, through August 31, and he and his family continued to live in their apartment home on a month to month basis until December 09, If there was indeed any medica lcondition making the apartment inhabitable and causing medical concerns for him and his family not being able to live in their apartment home, one would think that they would not continue to Jive in their apartment home on a month to month basisThe only document in his file reporting any issue with "mold" was on a service request he placed with our office on October 24, We Immediately hired a professional company Dynamic, to resolve his concern the very next day on October 25, 2012. No other service requests were placed by *** and *** *** regarding this concern for the duration of his leaseIn addition, if their reason for leaving our property was due to mold, one would have thought he would have noted that on his Notice to Vacate that he,as a resident, is required to completeThis form, which was provided in our first response, was completed stating that they were moving to "buy a house." There is no further mention on any documentation anywhere in *** and *** ***'s file that an issue existed beyond the day he initially reported his concern and we resolved the situation. Now four years later, *** *** has filed a complaint with the Revdex.com asking for the charges on his collection report to be dropped. We have provided all information we have concerning this matter and we are not holding anything backII'm sorry *** *** and his family were ill however; I have nothing in their file to substantiate any neglect by our company, employees or our professional vendorThe photos that were previously provided show that the charges assessed at the time of their move out were strictly for damages made to their apartment home and they are responsible for those damages.Desired Settlement:"This dispute can be settled by The Place at Westover Hills removing these inaccurate charges from my credit report, and nullifying the balance."I have discussed this matter with our ownership and we will not be removing the charges from collections nor reimbursing *** *** for medical expenses or loss of income as a result of their unfortunate illness that he now claims he and his family experiencedThe charges we assessed are for damages to his apartment home and *** *** is responsible per his signed lease agreement . Their account was sent to ProCollect, our collection company, and *** can contact them directly at *** and make a payment arrangement to settle this matter

Deac Representative of Revdex.com,In response to a
consumer comptaint submitted on 03/24/2017 with ID number of [redacted]I received your complaint regarding your concerns with
the balance owed to The Place at Westover Hills in the amount of $201.00. t
have reviewed your TAA lease contract showing that...

your lease commenced on
February 16, 2010 and ended on August 1, 2011. After your move out you had a
balanced owed to The Place at Westover Hills in the amount of $432.01 for
damages to your apartment. Our records show that you began to make payments in
the amount of $25.00 per month starting on November 4, 2011 and ending on August
02, 2012. Our records do not show any other payments being made past August 02,
2012, which left your account with a balance of $207.00. Per the attached
email, on February 27, 2013 your account was sent to Procollect for the
remaining balance owed of $207.00.Desired Settlement:"t want the balance
taken off my credit history and backdated 4 to 5 years ago."After receiving the
Revdex.com correspondence called Scott Waldon on April 6, 2017, as our records did
indeed show a remaining balance of $207.00. Since Scott did not have a copy of
his receipt, I asked him if he could please contact the apartment community
that he turned the receipt into. When he is able to supply that receipt to us
we will promptly contact the collection company and remove this negative
reporting from his credit report. Without this documentation, we are unable to
validate that the $207.00 has been paid to The Place at Westover Hills. I have
attached his ledger showing payments that were made to The Place at Westover
Hills and that there were no other payments made after August 02, 2013.Regards,[redacted]Property Manager
