The Plaid Barn claims to answer all emails sent to their support email address within or business daysAfter business days and not response, I contacted them again via the auto response that my 'email was received', to follow up on an error on my custom stampAgain no response from themI was not looking for money back but for them to correct their error on the product I purchased Their avoidance is reflective of their business practice and short sightedness of what customer care means I would not purchase anything from them again and suggest "buyer beware"

The Plaid Barn claims to answer all emails sent to their support email address within 1 or 2 business days. After 4 business days and not response, I contacted them again via the auto response that my 'email was received', to follow up on an error on my custom stamp. Again no response from them. I was not looking for money back but for them to correct their error on the product I purchased. Their avoidance is reflective of their business practice and short sightedness of what customer care means.

I would not purchase anything from them again and suggest "buyer beware".
