Review: We rented a Playland Motel suite for 2 nights for a total of 980.08.The bathroom and rooms were filthy and stocked with used toiletries from the previous guest upon arrival. We asked for the room to be re-cleaned. Even after the second "cleaning" the room was still dirty. The website advertises a fully equipped kitchen that doesn't include any plates, pans, utensils or clean glasses. Instead we found old garbage, empty alcohol bottles, used take out food containers and just dirt all over. None of items in the kitchen could be used. The kitchen sink leaked and there were wet pieces of cardboard underneath. The kitchen faucet only worked 50% of the time it mostly spit out air.The beds are advertised as queen when in reality are full. The room was not cleaned properly on Saturday. The dust and dirt remained throughout the suite. The bedsheets were not changed let alone even made. No fresh towels arrived, or were offered. The heat was on at arrival. We didn't realize this because the room is above a Chinese restaurant. We assumed the heat was from their kitchen. The whole room smell like take-out Chinese.External electrical chords were coming from outside the building through a window for not clear reason.The management was rude and unapologetic. She accused us of not being able to handle our liquor though we hadn't been drinking before approaching her.Desired Settlement: We think the advertisement of the suite is false and the price we pay and the service provided is based on a much higher standard that what we received. We encourage an inspection and evaluation of the premises.
