Best shoe plug I have found through the internet. Customer service is very helpful, willing to go out there way to make the best out of your buying experience with them. Highly Recommend!

[Update as of 8/25/2020] It is now Tuesday, 8/25, and I have not received the two pair of shoes I purchased and plan to return to the vendor as they are not authentic. I send over 10 emails for the two shoes I purchased from the Plug requesting the status of the shoe and confirmation of a full refund, but still have not heard back. I sent DM on every avenue The Plug has a social media presence, and still no luck with getting a straight response, let alone an answer. However, tonight when I posed an a new, interested buyer on The Plug's website on their live customer chat feature, the vendor responded immediately and sycophantly if it came to buy shoes. The moment I switched the conversation to the shipping status of my shoes to eventually a full refund of both, and even attaching the two invoices, the conversation went radio silent. I event tried texting the number on the receipt, and called and left a voice message and still no response. At this point, I have filed a dispute resolution through my bank to get back my money; wrote a disdainful YELP review; and filed a local police report with the Los Angles Police Department Office of fraud and counterfeit products to investigate the company for predatory and bad business behavior.

I asked a legit sneaker checker on Instagram to verify shoes on the Plug's website, only to find out their shoes are not authentic. As background, I purchased two pairs of shoes from the Plug well over a month ago [June 23, 2020, and it's now August 2, 2020] but I have yet to receive the items nor has the seller been responsive via email or on Instagram messenger. I went to check the seller's page on social media e.g., Instagram , only to find out pages with hundreds of content have been deleted. The seller has clearly shut down the page without warning to its customers. Furthermore, after reading several reviews and customer complaints online and on various social media blogs, the Plug Official Store is a scam business and have been selling counterfeit shoes. I have filed and opened a police report with the local Los Angeles Police Department of IP, Trademark, and Counterfeits.

The Plug Official Store is a scam business. They are now operating under a new name, something like 'Kicks Inventory' on Instagram so please avoid them.
I hope to save you 'sneaker heads' your hard earned money and not get scammed by these terrible people, like I have, by buying counterfeit shoes. It's not legal nor fair to consumers how this business operates. THE PLUG IS A SCAM and shame on them for not returning customer money when they request it.
