Mis*** representation of her issue is completely erroneous and unfoundedWe were contracted to install a sump basin, pump and discharge line to move ground water and surface water away from the house to a alleyDuring the installation we raised a previously buried
sewer clean out up to service height at no additional charge in the backyard of her residenceThe job was completed to her satisfaction and we were paidWe went over and above to accommodate Ms***, making several trips to her house after the completion of the job when she had questions of concernsMs*** lacked understanding of her drainage situation and was a difficult clientIt is impossible to guarantee no ground water will enter her basement and we made no such guarantee as soil conditions, surface drainage and the foundation construction contribute to such an issueMs*** has left threatening messages and threatened legal action all within a two day periodWe have no desire to and will not work work for such a client
