We preformed plumbing work at Ms. [redacted]'s residence on Dec. 14 & 23, 2015. We did not receive payment until Mar. 8 (2.5 months after). After the payment was received, she then called regarding the tub leaking and the hot side of faucet not...
working (a full 3 months after work was completed). The tub was supplied by Ms. [redacted] and it was a used bathtub. We can not warranty any products supplied by homeowners, especially used products. We offered to return to look at and repair the leak but it would be at her cost. The faucet was also supplied by Ms. [redacted]. We do not know if it was used or new. Again, we offered to look at and repair but at her cost because the parts were supplied by the homeowner.

The tub was bought from a contractor who bought the tub for his customer and they chose a different one . So it had never been used , the faucet was bought new. The plumber did not tell me that their work would not be warrantied given me supplying the tub and faucet. [redacted]
