I have used The Plumbing Store for my plumbing needs for several years. They have always provided excellent service. The expertise shown by the members has always been outstanding. Once they complete the work I am assured it was done correctly.

The staff at The Plumbing Store was awesome to work with - very professional from start to finish. They diagnosed the problem with our 13 year old 40 gal water heater the first trip and installed a new one on the second trip. I would highly recommend The Plumbing Store to anyone needing a licensed plumbing contractor.

Bobby did a great job of servicing our RO system. He was very fast, neat, and answered our questions. He also did a check of our water heater. We are very pleased and would recommend.

We woke to no hot water, but not a problem for The Plumbing Store. They sent Joey to us within an hour of our phone call and he promptly diagnosed the problem and fixed it! We're very satisfied and will definitely use The Plumbing Store again.

The entire staff of the Plumbing Store is Great. Bobby was here to fix our shower faucets today and he is a courteous, pleasant young man who knew what he was doing and got the job done quickly and efficiently. It was determined that we had a sewer line break that was just beyond the curb line and into the culdesac. This required cutting through the curb and partway into the culdesac to do the repairs. The Plumbing Store did an excellent, very professional job. Bobby M. was the plumber who did the pipe repairs. They use a subcontractor to do the street cut and trench digging, who also did an excellent job. We were very satisfied.

The Plumbing Store was responsive, detailed and professional. As new home owners, we had a number of concerns and desired some upgrades. Bobby was the technician that was assigned to us and he was extremely professional and competent. The services he provided ranged from replacing a faulty pressure reduction valve; to installing a water system descaler/softener; to changing out all the existing angle stops with far superior quality valves; to answering our questions regarding the operation and maintenance of the various systems. We could not be more pleased with the company or with Bobby its employee.

Joey P[redacted] was out this morning and went above and beyond to complete the removal of the old water heater and the installation, all to code, of the new water heater. In addition, Joey tried to unclog my garbage disposal and when he was unable, installed a new one on the spot. There was also a loose faucet on the kitchen countertop which he tightened while he was working on the garbage disposal.
All in all, great attitude and service!

The Plumbing Store was able to schedule my job on short notice during the only time-frame I was available. Bobby did a fantastic job repairing both what the buyer's inspector had found, but other issues he identified during his own inspection of the entire plumbing system. He walked me through each item discovered, what was required, and then permitted me to observe his repairs. I'm completely satisfied & even more educated after today's encounter !!

Bobby was very helpful and knew what the problem was almost immediately. He quickly fixed my shower faucet! However- they did not get the email receipt to me for the actual charges to me in a timely fashion. I have not seen it yet.
