RL Huffman & Sons is fantasticThey just finished cutting down two dead pines in our Centerville yardThe firm's owner and his crew showed their experience and professionalism in everything they didThe owner climbed the trees and used his chain saw as the others gathered the limbs and logs and worked the new large grinder and the grinders behind the large truck that made the tree limbs and logs into mulchThey raked and blew the debris so that when they left there was no sign of there being trees there except for the bare ground and the chips that were raked over it to level groundIn about an hour they had it all doneOne tree in back of the house had a fence line that the stump grinder had to pass by at the endThe opening was just a snag small, so one of the men removed one of the outer wheels of the grinder to get it through, then put the wheel back onThey came with about four trucks and four or five men, and worked so quickly, they were done before I knew what was happeningI have never ever seen such coordinated and precise work done by a crew, and they were all gentlemen and have been in business for more than yearsThe father has passed it onto the son, and one of the men told me the father had started trimming trees in his yard, and a neighbor asked him to trim his and the business grew from thereThe son now climbs the trees and the crew does the grinding of the stumps and limbs and hauling and raking in the yardAs I said, it was exciting to watch this professional performanceBetter than any ballet or operaWell polished and completeAnd the free estimate given beforehand was worth every penny and not too expensive...I can't say enough about the work of this crewMy parents used them long before this crew was born and they are still as good as their reputationI thought the work that RL Huffman & Sons did in my yard today was Tree-men-dous!Thanks guys*** *** and her mom *** of Centerville
This is the most professional and knowledgeable tree service I have ever worked with. They arrived 10 minutes early with a crew of 5 to remove two trees and their stumps, and prune a large weeping cherry. They were very neat and dressed in matching jackets, and every member was wearing appropriate safety head gear, even if they were just ferrying cut limbs to the street. They were polite and efficient. The entire process took no more than 2 hours 20 minutes, and the yard was cleaner than I had gotten it in the fall. All leaves and debris were gone. No sticks left anywhere. My cherry looks so much better since the dead wood and crossing branches have been removed. I can't wait to see it blossom this spring. They are very competitively priced, and worth every penny if you value your trees. Well done!
