In response to complaint ID [redacted] To whom it may concern:We have received [redacted] ***'s response with her additional concerns to her Complaint Submitted on 2/25/She stated she is rejecting the response because we did not contact her about the exceptionLana Z***, Regional Manager Spoke with her about the exceptionLana spoke with [redacted] and explained to [redacted] that after her repair shop sent the service ticket showing the car in the shop and how long the car would be in the shop she could come and get a visitor parking pass for her parking spotLana also explained to [redacted] and apologized if she felt there was confusion on getting her parking passIn response to the other claims and allegations in her response we are choosing not to engage in responding to the slander and defamation of character claims on the myself and the OffiCe,Thank you for your concerns, if you have any further questions please let me know.Regards,

I am rejecting this response because:
I was not contacted about an exception until after my car was returnedThis incident happened on ThursdayThe office manager, Kim , is a liar and I have a witnessI will be vacating my lease as soon as it expiresEssentially, this rental company chooses to call tenants liars, has multiple problems, and I can't even walk into the rental office because I know this woman is lying to cover her behaviorTotally unacceptable.
